This ETrike Got My Husband Back Outdoors & Loving Life! Perfect ETrike for Seniors & Mobility Needs

I'm going to be giving a review today of my husband's new Sixthreezero Simple Glide Fat Tire 750 e-trike. My husband has mobility issues, and we needed a way for him to get around outside and exercise easily and safely, and just enjoy being outdoors with others. It was an easy process working with the sixthreezero people and ordering the trike. We live in the Midwest, and we had it delivered to a local bike shop, and they finished putting the trike together and then brought it to me. We chose the Simple Glide for several reasons. First is because of the wonderful seat that it has. It offers great support for him and makes it easy to mount the bike. It's very stable and comfortable for him as he rides and is much safer than a traditional bike seat. It is also a recumbent-style bike. 

It's a good design that makes it much easier for him to pedal and allows him to go for much longer distances. It has a very stable frame and a stable ride, and it has very fat tires, which are very sturdy and feel very stable and safe when he's riding it. The frame also folds for easier storage and transport. It also has five choices of pedal assist on it. And he can either use the pedal assist to make it easier for him, or he can use the throttle alone when he wants to. I can show you those. This is where you change the pedal assist. And the throttle is over here. And this is how you change the gears on the bike. Another reason we like it is that it has a really easy display to understand, and you can change your pedal assist, and that will change. And it gives you what battery you have left, and of course, how fast you're going.

Even though my husband uses a walker, He can get himself onto the trike easily. He's gonna demonstrate how he can get on there. It has a low step-over, so that makes it easy for him to get on. He has the armrest up, and he can put that down now so that he can be safe, but it does go up so that he can get on there easily. Everything is fully adjustable on this. He is 6'2 and 230 pounds, and this fits him great, but the seat is adjustable, and it does move forward, and it would work for somebody smaller.

Also, the handlebars and everything are completely adjustable, so you can get it to fit whatever size you are. He's going to show you himself riding it now. He usually starts in just pedal-only mode and gets some little exercises he's going, and I'll just kind of go along with him. He's going to head around our neighborhood a little bit. Just watch him go. Okay, we're going to pick up with him now. He's going to probably use his throttle to get up this hill a little bit, so he can do it easier. And then we're going to have him just show us going along the parking lot.

He's going to start in pedal assist one and show us how it goes. Okay, we can probably just go ahead and have you switch to pedal assist two. And you can see he really took off at that. Okay, we'll have him come back now with just his throttle and see how fast he can go. 

You could go about 10 miles an hour. Okay, now he's got it in throttle only in power assist two, and you can see he's really taken off. He should be going about 10 miles an hour now.

Well, this bike has really been a benefit to my husband. It's been a great added way for him to exercise, and it's given him more freedom in his daily life. We'll just have him stop now. It lets him get out and about in our neighborhood and go for rides with other people on the bike trails and to nearby destinations in town. We're really happy that we got it. Right? Thank you.
